A CALL TO THE FAMILY NATION (ALL FAMILY)

It is time to come together and make a point for the importance of Family.
  • We no longer stand by idly and watch family and dependency court make money off of our children
  • We no longer accept alienation through faulty court and agency process
  • We no longer will stand by as our children cry for us without reprieve
  • We no longer accept no redress of grievances
  • We no longer tolerate lethargic legislators and unjust family law
  • We no longer accept federal agencies refusing to take responsibility
  • We no longer look the other way on immunity
  • We no longer allow perjury to destroy us
  • We no longer tolerate civil and human rights violations
  • We no longer stand by as the courts sell our children to strangers based on hearsay
  • We no longer tolerate gender and poverty based discrimination
People let's get out of our pet issue framework and support each other while recognizing that a foe much greater than us has destroyed our families. We must work together to change the foundation of family law that has taken away our
  • due process,
Bill of Rights and Constitutional rights.
They have turned civil law into tyranny.
They accuse, attack and destroy our families.
They drug our children and refuse our voice over education.
They have doctors making decisions that destroy our health while they take kickbacks using faulty reasoning and justification.

They resist alternative health while putting poisons in our food to feed to our families.
Let's take the land back. Let's take our families back. We must agree to work together and stop pointing fingers, male and female in harmony creating a new kind of energy as change agents. We must look at the big picture. Please support this protest nationally and internationally. The time is now and the people are YOU.

A Statement for Your Consideration

“We are joining forces with all persons affected by Parens Patriae to include parents, extended family, foster parents and father's and mother's rights groups. While this is a difficult endeavor due to various divisions, the focus will be on challenging the system with the unified goals and commonalities that each is suffering under in family courts and through CPS.”

Georgia Grants Grandparents Rights

Is this an example of "Common Sense"?
From article>> "..
It will be used most heavily in cases where grandparents have financially supported a child for at least a year or have spent regular time visiting them..."

Georgia Grants Grandparents Rights
Georgia HB 1198 increases the visitation rights of grandparents whose grandchildren are entangled in cases involving child custody, divorce or the termination of parental rights.
John Meadows
John Meadows
Representative John Meadows, Republican and grandfather to twins, introduced the legislation. It gives judges the power to allow visitation between grandparents and children. It will be used most heavily in cases where grandparents have financially supported a child for at least a year or have spent regular time visiting them.

It provides an opportunity for grandparents to seek visitation in cases where the parent is deceased, incapacitated, incarcerated, or otherwise unable to exercise his or her discretion regarding a decision to permit grandparent visitation. The legislation also instructs judges considering visitation to consider whether the grandparents paid more than half the child’s living expenses or had kept the child in their home for at least six months.

This does not allow grandparents to file separate cases seeking to establish visitation, as Georgia supreme court declared such laws unconstitutional several years ago.

UPDATE: Parental Rights Movement

Protecting Children by Empowering Parents
 Chat Conversation Start
Today
Stephanie Smith Morgan
The PRA Is Being Introduced!
Time to Call Congress!

Representative Trent Franks and Senator Jim DeMint have both agreed to introduce the Parental Rights Amendment in both the House and Senate in the next few days. This is very welcome news.

And the really good news is that we have worked with National Right to Life Committee to find language that resolves their concerns. The PRA will not resolve the debate about abortion. The added language
just ensures that our Amendment does not tip the scale one way or the other.

And there’s even more good news! Representative Trent Franks is the Chairman of the Constitution Subcommittee in the House, and we have his promise of an early hearing – but he has asked us for one thing right now. We need to call every single member of Congress and urge them to become original cosponsors of the PRA.

If we get a strong initial showing of original cosponsors, we can get the PRA on a fast track. So we need everyone to take the actions outlined below – Act right away!

Action Item: Please Call!

1. Please call your congressman and ask him or her to contact Rep. Trent Franks’s office to sign on as an original cosponsor to the Parental Rights Amendment. You can find their contact information by clicking on your state at parentalrights.org/states, or ask for them by name at the Capitol switchboard: 1-202-224-3121.

When you call, please be courteous and respectful. Many of these congressmen are friendly toward the Amendment, and the delays we have experienced have not been their fault. We don’t want to alienate them or their staffs with rudeness.

2. Please call your senators and give them the same message, asking them to contact Sen. Jim DeMint of South Carolina to sign on. You can find their information in the same places listed above.

Keep in mind that Capitol Hill staff are used to dealing with bill numbers for everything. So if they ask you for one, respectfully remind them that we are looking for original cosponsors, so there is no bill number yet. It is simply “the Parental Rights Amendment being proposed by” Rep. Franks or Sen. DeMint. You can also assure them that Rep. Franks or Sen. DeMint’s office is actively seeking cosponsors, so they will know what your lawmaker is talking about when he or she calls.

Lawless America...The Movie -- KickStarter Funding Video

Published on Apr 28, 2012 by
Can 750 nobodies save America?

With your help, the nobodies can become somebodies, and we can try to do the seemingly impossible. Please help us fund this documentary film.

Lawless America...The Movie will expose government corruption in America in a shocking expose. The movie is being filmed in all 50 states and DC in a 143-day road trip covering 16,508 miles. Over 750 people will be filmed, nobodies with no connection other than the fact that all are victims of judicial and government corruption.

This will not be just a movie; this will be news; this is an effort to save America. This is much more than a movie because the 750 nobodies will be delivering testimony to Congress in a hearing on government corruption that has never been held.

The government and the mainstream media have done everything possible to keep this story from being told, but this film will expose the corruption for all to see.

Lawless America will expose the loss of the Constitutional and civil rights of all Americans by exposing dishonest government officials and a broken judicial system. Judges can and will do anything to any of us without concern for the facts or the law. They will commit crimes to damage us. They protect and rule for the benefit of their attorney friends and those with money and connections. They destroy people financially and emotionally. They rip families apart. They allow the elderly to be abused physically, mentally, and financially. They deny parents and grandparents the right to see their children and grandchildren, with guardianship and children and family courts often acting as money-making schemes for those favored by the judges.

Our Constitutional rights are a mirage. There is no one in government who will stand up against the evil-doers. Judges all across America regularly commit criminal acts and damage people because they have the power to do it. Judges answer to no one.

If you have ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the report was true.

The issues that motivated the colonists in America to revolt were NOTHING compared to the issues that all Americans face today. The problem is that few Americans realize what has happened. We have lost what our founding fathers established for us. We have lost our fundamental rights. But 99.99% of Americans do not even realize it. Educating a wide audience is essential if there is any hope that we can bring about reform. 750 nobodies and their families and friends are setting out to save America. No guns, no violence, just an RV, cameras, microphones, and 750 everyday people telling their stories.

There are unbelievable stories of abuse and corruption from people in all walks of life and all circumstances. This movie will be a tearjerker.

This is a Pulitzer-prize winning story that the mainstream media has not covered because they are afraid of the judges and the government. I am not afraid.

We Need Your Help

Lawless America's sole source of financing to date is small donations from the victims, many of whom have been wiped out financially. This could be one of the most important movies ever made. If the 750 nobodies can educate millions about our loss of fundamental rights, America can be saved.

We are seeking your help to allow us to buy gas, eat, enrich the film by hiring additional crew to handle production and post-production, obtain an original musical score, and produce and ship videos. $100,000 is a bare bones budget. We need more to effectively promote the movie, but we will make whatever we have work.

Please be a part of something that may be historic. Can you imagine the satisfaction you will feel if YOU are one of the people who saves America for our children and grandchildren?
