Some Reform Thoughts for Your Consideration
As the current keeper of the website NFPCAR.org, I thought I would share some thoughts about possible reform. Please note, these are not called Problems, but instead are Our Concerns. A positive term for such a devastation to our families.

2. Social Workers waste no time in placing the foster caregiver’s name on the State Child Abuse Registry...WITHOUT ANY PROOF of wrongdoing...WITHOUT A TRIAL in a court of law...WITHOUT any “due process” at all. Learn More....

Hi GP Chuck - I saw your comment on Mom to Many's blog and have been reading yours. I like a lot of your suggestions for reform as it is badly needed. I have some questions but email you when I get a chance to think about them more. I just wanted to say I think you have a number of good idea for the system!
