"We Are Who We Are"

I was once asked "Why don't you change the name of your organization??" My reply "Compare us to the duck billed platypus. One of our Higher Powers strange creatures. But like any created "strange creature" they should be treated with dignity and respect." Yes our organization was created by Foster Caregivers, who were Falsely Accused... But over the years we have shared similar stories of Natural Parents, Grand Parents, Relatives..etc.

We have come to recognize that the True Enemy, in so many cases, is the Agency itself (Known as Goliath by some). We believe that the True answers for reform are those who are closest to the children, and not the Agency, who feel they are the experts... Keeping in mind that the "Only Leaders" are those who have become Advocates for Themselves to Protect Their Family...
