Misuse of Office? A great topic from "Did You Know Series"

In this and other questions in our current project,"Did You Know Series", we need to let the readers know that your Foster Families Examiner is not an attorney.  Therefore, can only offer you advice based on twelve years of experience in dealing in the Foster Care System, acting as an advocate for hundreds of foster parents.

A.  Part 1 of 7

In this series, we are going to look at a subject that may inspire, cheer, offer hope to thousands of foster and biological parents across this country who may have been victims of misuse and/or malice of office. You see, in the last few years we have seen a growing interest in the terms Malice of office, Misuse of office and Maliciousness of office. New termonology phrases created each and everyday to enable us to challenge the ones who use their public office wrongly against Americans. Have the tables began to turn?  Allow us to explain that statement;
Misuse of office and/or the law are terms that states are now beginning to look into.

Continuing with our ground work we explore a little deeper;
 an example of malice or malicious prosecution would be your divorcing spouse calls in a false allegation against you thinking to advance positions in a custody hearing. You must prove the allegations false and the cause of making this false report.
If in the pursuit of this charge they bribe police and/or CPS officials to testify verifying the charge then through your prove otherwise in court these witnesses are guilty of malice of office and can be charged with perjury.
You must also establish the reasons for this charge levied against you, the purpose for lying. Once you prove this all of the individuals involved would then be liable for charges of malicious persecution, problem we have in doing so is proving it.

Let us continue with Due Process;
This interpretation has proven controversial, and is analogous to the concepts of natural justice, and procedural justice used in various other jurisdictions. This interpretation of due process is sometimes expressed as a command that the government shall not be unfair to the people. Source of definitions Wikipedia

Question; if they billed after your case was won, or you were cured how many people would actually meet that obligation? Everyone faces financial crunches, without exception we all realize many victims of CPS do not have the retainer fees attorneys charge, like cash for a doctors care your on your own.Their answer; medicare or public defenders, touchy subject.

I sincerely hope this information has stimulated some interest. "Knowledge is Power". And if each one of us wants to Care for Our Children, we must ALL be responsible for our actions. The basic concept of Agencies assisting our Families was to recognize, the concerns Families may have, and Guide them to make their Family Stronger in these trying times.

So please pass this information on to others, and keep in mind these three words: Sharing, Caring, and Guidance. Words that will assist those who call themselves "A Family".
